How it works
From your call to the first visit.
Send the referral
Call us, or use the online form and choose "A client I support". Initials and a phone number for you or the family are enough to start.
We follow up quickly
A care coordinator calls you or the family, the same business day where we can, to understand the needs, the schedule and the start date.
A plan and a caregiver match
The care coordinator writes the plan of care and matches one caregiver to your client, then keeps that match.
You stay in the loop
With your client's permission, we let you know when care has started and who to call with questions.
What we provide
Non-medical care, at home and on the way.
- Personal careBathing, dressing, grooming and moving around safely. Personal care

- Escorted ridesTo appointments and back, with help through the door. Transportation
- Medication remindersReminders only. Caregivers do not give medications.
- Flexible hoursFrom 5 hours a week to daily help.
We do not provide skilled nursing, therapy or other medical care. When a client needs both, we work alongside the home health or medical provider.

Licensed and insured. Solura is a licensed Ohio non-medical home care agency, license 4574HHN, insured and bonded. Every caregiver is background checked and trained.
Payment. Care is private pay. We do not bill Medicare or Medicaid. Families can use long-term care insurance, with our help on the paperwork, or VA Aid and Attendance. Paying for care
